SEPA programs evaluate their impact on participants through the use of evaluation tools such as focus groups, surveys, and internal evaluation questions.  Questions programs should ask themselves are for instance: "Is this project effectively teaching and engaging students in the field of study?"  "Did it meet its objectives?"  "How do we know?" The exact evaluation is customized for the objectives of each project.  Investigators may find this information valuable in getting ideas for how to evaluate their own projects.  Teachers and others may also find the information useful to see how a project evaluates itself.

These tools were created and used by SEPA programs to evaluate their project.
2) External evaluation tools used by SEPA
These tools were not created by any SEPA program but were used to evaluate one.
